Pros

I wouldn't even rate the company 1 star but it won't let me put my review in if I don't.

Cons

They lie on employees I have 3 different reasons documented that I was fired and I filed for unemployment cause it was a wrongful termination. When I kept denying their claims they then blocked me from my employee portal so I could no longer access the things they were posting/saying or view my time clock punches so I can't verify my hours that are wrong! They change your set schedule without permission or approval. They then used the unapproved scheduling to be a cause of a write up due to the original schedule that WAS THE RIGHT ONE I was scheduled to be off. This was my first reasoning of being fired. I reported it to HR who then contacted me back and said they were gonna fire me due to me cursing in a message to manager, when that same manager had said curse words in return. That was their second reasoning for my termination. I also have 2 sexual harassment claims that were never even filed due to the manager (who never comes in always late or just leaves) she never reported them or filed. The manager also had fired someone due to using the company store cameras to watch the employees house, she then fired her cause she said the employee lied. I also reported that to corporate office who never even did anything to manager. The only thing the HR did was give the employee their job back so they couldnt get in trouble. One reason I was fired (out of the 3 I know of) was because I apparently didn't report to management about not coming to a shift it was a regular employee. Which isn't true I denied their claim. That said employee previously worked for the company starfire that Bellstores bought out. That employee was management at the starfire and I KNOW FOR SURE THEY HAD TO HONOR EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT CAME FROM STARFIRE pays and TITLES when they were transfered over. Also she's married to my brother I knew what her position was. So the company got in her records and stated she wasn't promoted to management Until after my termination date. I was fired on the 23rd of March they changed her promoted date to April. She has been a part of management since Sep of 2019 through bellstores.
