Pros

Meet lots of people daily. I personally enjoy retail and enjoy the social aspect of the job. I know most at corporate office and they're all nice to interact with. Can build your own team of CSRs. Customer service rep.

Cons

Staffing and stress of managing a crew that only starts at $9.00 an hour is awful. $9.00 isn't worth the stress and responsiblities expect of CSR staff. Management expected to pick up slack when short staffed.

Pros

Benefits Repeat Customers Area Supervisors were great, helpful and genuine. Upper Management would stop in on a regular basis and actually know my staff by name. Friendly and approachable as well. This company WILL invest in the standards of the properties.

Cons

As a manager, you will work a lot of hours. The store and all of its components are your responsibility. Lots of calls after hours to fix issues. Towards the end of my employment, my spouse and I would drive separately because we knew at some point, I would get called back into work. That was frustrating.
