Was good until they rushed to hire managers that don't fit

Pros

Benefits are good except salary is low.

Cons

At 2020 the department fell apart. HR department would not listen to legacy employee comments on new hires. For many years HR had 2 unqualified Directors, one hand picked by the GM. They did a few shady things but, no one could confront the situation without being fired. No advancement was offered. I was walking out the door to a new job, I was offered a better position, better pay and less workload.

Pros

Great benefits is the biggest pro. Would say public facing and a main service in the tri cities is a plus as well.

Cons

Salaries range even with same positions and experience. Management needs to continue to work on communication.
