Business Outlook
Pros
Dynamic organization where you will learn alot about the operation. Some valuable insightful employees. Good perks such as occasional luncheons that do lift the spirits. You work hard with some overtime but the organization does not take over your soul.
Cons
Some very questionable behavior as it relates to conduct by some of the higher ups in the company. When I was there were some noticeable theatrics by one high ranking person with occasional language that was insensitive to minorities although many minorities are hired. Performance Review Policy was indifferent at best. A more timely and constructive reveiw would have improved things greatly for me.
