      Enjoyable Company, Many Inexperienced Workers

      Pros

      - Honestly I had a great time working with everyone from operators to engineers to accountants to managers. - Company has several celebrations every year. - Many learning opportunities and initiatives. - Many workers who care about their responsibilities.

      Cons

      - Responsibilities poorly defined, allowing some of the more senior engineers to detract from their duties. - Some good operation systems in place, but due to high turn over, no one knows how to program or use them. - Long hours (12+) and some Saturdays AND Sundays - Senior engineers not experienced or involved enough to teach new engineers

      Very poor satisfaction frfom all points of view

      It's good only for somebody with no experience to gain some and it's ok that you are involved in projects for one of the best names in electronic products

      Cons

      Bad organisation of the company, very poor in trainings for the people no mather in which departament they are working, evaluations are made very subjectiv
