      Pros

      Seems to have an okay vacation and benefits. Other than that there is not much to say. In general people are good to get along with.

      Cons

      Understaffed, promotes training but won't approve actual cost to take training, departments do not work together as a team. Nobody cares or takes ownership of anything departments blame other areas or anyone else before owning up. Company has zero cabibility to work as a team and does nothing to improve it.

      Pros

      It was a great place to work. I would do it all over again.

      Cons

      Work depends on how well other companies are doing and right now work is slow. 2nd shift can be shut down at any time. I did not like not having a job after putting in 17 years of hard work. In the 17 years that I put in I only was not able to work my full shift 5 times.
