Pros

Team work, folks pulling together to achieve a common goal. Management is willing to listen to coworkers, and coworkers are willing to make the company successful. There are a large number of folks that have been at Benchmark for more than 10 years. There's a reason for that. Communication between coworkers and the drive to manufacture quality products makes this Division successful year after year.

Cons

The ebb and tide of contract manufacturing in general can be challenging with respect to family life.
