Loyal base of employees. Relatively healthy work environment in the floor between operations crews. Collaboration between teams.

Cons

Could improve salaries and benefits. Middle management disengaged from the floor operations and results. Desk managers trying to solve everything from their screens and Excel sheets. Some assets need to be upgraded to improve the CTO, OTD and quality levels.
