      Pros

      Technology at their best, fine colleagues to collaborate with. It's a good place where you can learn a lot in very short time.

      Cons

      For many time the deadlines where so unrealistic, a lot of people from middle management could not say no to customer or higher management and explain to them which is the real situation on certain cases, only because they where afraid of loosing their "chair"

      Everyone is Micro-Managed. The MIcro-Management starts with the CEO and that culture is impressed on all managers at every division. Even Industry recruiters know that the CEO is the root cause of the company problems. That is why Benchmark has so many unfilled positions.

      Good working environment with nice colleagues. Good salary (conform local market).

      Cons

      As a typical EMS, Benchmark scales down on personnel when order intake diminishes. This can cause knowledge drain and layoffs.
