We are eliminating Mandatory Overtime this year and are moving to Volunteer only. Additionally, we are disappointed that you feel that our HR and management teams have not responded adequately to harassment claims. We take all claims of harassment seriously, and we will investigate any reported incidents and take appropriate action to ensure that our employees are safe and respected. If you wish to report a concern or alleged violation in confidence, confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible, although limited disclosure may be necessary in some cases to effectively conduct an investigation or where compelled by applicable law. Employees are required to cooperate in internal investigations. Retaliation against an employee for filing an ethics complaint is a violation of the Company’s policy of nonretaliation and protection of those reporting concerns.
