      Pros

      Work Life balance is quite acceptable.

      Cons

      Local site management policies on their own whims and fancies. They do not allow working from home. In the past MCO in Malaysia, local HR management gave instruction that food delivery is not allowed, & forced employees to eat/buy from canteen whereas Malaysia government actually encourages food delivery for social distance.
