Little to no recognition. Very low or no raises even when performance reviews are very good and the company (especially the Minnesota division) is performing extremely well. Offices are extremely poor, old broken chairs, old equipment and software, ripped up carpet, loud, dirty, air handling system looks like they don't use filters, no empowerment given to lower and middle management or individual contributors. Average benefits. Starting salary o.k., but it will have to last you for years. Lost incentive after first two years to even try and overachieve. Lots of wasted skills and resources due to ineffective top down management.

Experienced employees were targeted for lay-offs first, while little attention was payed to performance. Inter-department communication was very poor. Honest assertions of needs were interpreted as being confrontational, and were dismissed. Management seemed unwilling to find permanent solutions to reoccurring problems.
