Pros
Good environment to work in, young team, good industry to be in. Good guiding from some of the managers. In some departments you could notice how the manager shows determination to take care of his team.
Cons
The company cannot hold the new employees: they come in 'fresh', learn a few things, develop a bit and some are gone within 1-2 years. Mainly due to pay level, which is below the region average. Not many growth opportunities.
