Pros

The staff people were committed, hard working almost to exhaustion and loved the consumers

Cons

The organization was disorganized, focused on profits to the detriment of the staff and consumers and slow to create policies that were not directly related to maximizing profits. The safety and well being of the staff, their families or the consumers and their opportunities was secondary.

Pros

I love the clients, I love being able to work at a job that brings me personal satisfaction. That's worth so much more than the beans they pay us to be here. That's why I stay.

Cons

There is very little training for management, except what friendly coworkers will lend you. Paperwork and regulations can be overwhelming at times, and being on call 24/7 is draining.
