      Opportunity to learn new things. Good benefits, including insurance, proper leave policies, and timely salary. There are many supportive managers who always help their team members. Early adoption of AI technologies. COE program is good. Many new initiatives taken which can help in growth of the company as well as individuals.

      Additional work or extra effort is not always recognized. There is a lack of celebrations and employee engagement activities.
