I think the people have give a proper feedback for the person we all know, But whether you have positive or negative feedback they will not change, they believe they know anything , everything and because of the power given in there hand misuse is going to happen. They do not learn from there mistake and considering they are not even close to perfect. I will say atmosphere has gone worse because of the mind games they are playing and i think best is to give everything to them from operation, Infra, systemadmin, developer, quality, designer and anything else they want as they are superhumans "Jack of all trade and born perfect in everything" , may be then they will clam down and finally will work on delivering things. Company was better earlier but because of there politics and mind games it is loosing its touch and because of that losing his reputation in the market as well.

Upper management dominant taking credit of others work and showing biased behavior adding all the resources in one group, if you butter the upper management this is benefits you get and forget not no manner to talk to junior member or senior, rude behavior and i do not understand why some people are doing wrong still get away every time, so many comments says a lot but still upper management does not do anything.
