      Pros

      I had been working at Benchmark in 2016 was a Software Test Engineer. I had a good learning experince with them.

      Cons

      It was a small but a growing company had to put in more efforts to get my work done as I was Junior back then. But certainly I have been benefited from that in long run as I am fit to work in any environment.

      I like the the environment and senior above me when they help and give solutins

      As mentioned one specifc manager is pain, he does not know anything but he want to part on everything rest nicely said below he is dominating and play polticis and remove the people who does not listen to him and so he is the god, one thing is sure one day bad things will happen to him as well as he has done to his juniors

      The one of company in which polytics is part of working.some seniers are working there from last 6-7 year they are more interested in playing polytics more than work.
