      Need to improve the transparency, not by saying it. Use the improvement software, sprints, and better management , no internal switch and projects.

      They promise to give me bonus after 1 year but they just gave me an excuse that market condition is down

      Work Culture in company is nice

      Cons

      They promise you to give bonus to all the employees but later send you the updated offer letter in which bonus get changed to variable pay, and even that variable amount is not get credited instead they mass layoff their employees and then give some of the employees the raise and bonus
