Cons

Senior Management doesn't get it. Promotions are based on how much you are liked instead of performance.

It is a great company to work for and a company that takes care of its employees.

Pros

When you work for here you get good hours and a stable job that you will have to a long time. You have great benefits and the work is a simple as it can get. Good work environment and very good staff.

Cons

The challenges that you might have is standing up all day for long periods of time if your not use to it already. Also, trying not to let the work overwhelmed you because it can at times get a little heavy load at work.

Pros

Benco allows you the freedom to build your own territory and manage your own business. If you have an existing territory with another company Benco could be the perfect opportunity for growth.

Cons

Benco's freedom comes at a cost for BRAND NEW reps. There is not enough structure/support (IMO) for new reps to survive in an area that Benco is new to.
