It's hard having the same crew for more than 6 months sometimes 90 days because people get stressed out or leave because they don't feel like a valued worker and some just don't work out. If you're working in the warehouse, don't expect a raise every year, a lot of overtime, and bonuses. If your here for some years maybe you'll get a couple of raises. That's only if you step up to another position or are an all-around worker. But if you're just complacent with one position and you don't want to cross train other positions you might get a raise once a year. But the higher ups aren't too big on the warehouse. It's pretty straight forward come in do your job dont complain and go home. You're almost a face in the crowd/replaceable. Warehouse Manager, Receiving, dispatch, and inventory specialist are the top/most stressful positions in the warehouse. Depending on your personal situation, the top positions might be okay for you financially. Some feel like the stress isn't worth the money. Transfers/order picking and put away are the lowest/easiest positions in the warehouse.
