Not worth it!

Pros

Vacation, Personal Time Off, and Summer time early out Fridays

Cons

Poor leadership: Management do not know how to manage their processes. They don’t know how to quantify how many people it takes to run production. Piotr the CEO has been micro managing the plants, yet has no plan to grow the company. There are a lot of illegal activity done here. Teams “fudge” numbers to get program approval, and when things go south they are promoted. Plant manager keeps busy without anything to show for it.

Pros

Nice cafeteria but you have to eat healthy

Cons

Where to start, I was told by recruiting that there would be a bonus that mirrored what I was getting, a big no there, was told by recruiting that they were moving in 2017, never did due to a big recall and the parent company Knorr Bremese made the employees suffer, managers are all part of a buddy system (inner circle run by HR Directors), stay clear, a total bate and switch that starts with recruiting

Pros

Co-worker are willing to help. Thing were great when Joe was CEO. Good first job. I would recommend staying for 2-3 years, then move on. Good co-op program.

Cons

Took away 1 week of personal time, took away hybrid work, took away half day Fridays in the summer ( tou basically worked 9 hiurs M-Th then took Friday afternoons, took away yearly recognition program. Raises are non existent Managers are not leaders, they are bullies Recent down sizing at corporate, moving jobs to Mexico. However the people they kept were H1B visa holders, Will hire someone and give them H1B visa instead of promoting within of a US citizen. For a company that makes brakes for school busses, quality is no longer the focus, it is the all mighty dollar/euro. - read that again. Quality does not matter. Do not expect that loyalty to the company will get you anything. The people who were let go have many years of service. Piotr, CEO, is Knorr Bremse’s puppet. He does not interact with the people with boots on the ground, except for being in pictures. HR does not follow up on complaints about managers and they do not care about employees They do not use lessons learned to make improvements to the process. Skill sets of employees are not used and are frequently discouraged.
