Older employees fabricate lies about newer, more productive employees. Insurance is terrible. Some Supervisors are seldom at work and try and manage from home. Attendance Policy is bad. Only one 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch provided in a 8 hour shift where the "Norm" anywhere else is two 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch. Older employees are "stuck" in old ways and refuse to change and grow, and belittle newer employees when fresh, new ideas are brought to the table. All accountability is placed on hourly employees. Seems Bendix is more focused on quantity vs quality.

They screw up Paychecks and they give Bonuses to certain People and not everyone.Management have favorites.
