      Pros

      Company culture is a huge positive and for the most part your coworkers are there to help you.

      Cons

      Priorities are laser focused and if timelines are not hit on priority 1 then every priority below it will face the unintended consequence of delays.

      Great Benefits Flexible work schedule Don't have to work overtime Good values on Volunteering and building the community Interesting products

      Cons

      Scrum Management. Management only willing to criticize, rather than get their hands dirty and be part of the solution . Hard to get promotions/raises. Toxic work environment (poor behavior is not punish, good behavior is not rewarded). Pay is sub-par. Little to No compensation bonus for good review ratings. Lots of Corporate BS (any large company has this). Doesn't inspire innovation (Scrum has hurt this). Lots of jobs (including white collar) going to Mexico. Competition is catching up and policies make it harder to get ahead. If you are a tinkering (true) engineer who likes to solve problems and design cool products, Bendix is not for you. Most of the design work is done by designers out of the country. If engineering is a stepping stone to go into management and play the "game", Bendix is for you.

      Fair amount of turnover lately in leadership. Very competitive culture, COO micromanages the business
