Supportive staff but declining service quality over time

Some of the managers and the staff were very nice and supportive

Cons

Job became very corporate and cold as time went on. It became apparent to regular guests that the company was under new ownership, as the quality of service went down due to corporate standards of getting in as many guests as possible. There is also no auto-gratuity system and you have to tip the chefs out of your tip pool for the day if a table tips you under approx 10% of the bill's total
