Is it really worth the stress and headache?

Pros

Decent money if you’re lucky. Employee lunch everyday. 50% off food which is nice because the menu price is outrageous.

Cons

You split half of your tip with your chef. There’s no auto gratuity on checks so if you get stiffed you still have to tip out. Managers won’t close out your checks to help you at all. Managers don’t really help much at all. Tables are always running behind. Upset guests wait 1+ hours to get seated and then have to wait for another hour to even see a chef. Open 365 so you work every holiday.
