Inadequate Parking, PPO Insurance, Management clueless to employee needs, no a/c in the plant

Conceivably, one of the worst places I have worked for. My immediate supervisor had no idea how to manage people or herself. She was a micromanaging bully that would often humiliate her staff and coworkers, publicly. But she too was a victim of the company's environment. Fear and intimidation were the code of conduct. Classism and racism were rampant. There were small exceptions with one or two manager that truly tried. But when the overall system is infested with distrust and fear it is impossible to change.
