Pros

The family feeling and co-worker engagement is so nice. I get to work with lots of different people and departments. Everyone is always trying to help and make the day go easier. I enjoy going to work now. Ownership and managers interact with the staff and are always available for us.

Cons

I really don't have any down sides; I really enjoy working at Benore.
