The people and the challenge, if you are not up for a challenge, this might not be the company for you. The days are full of excitement and very rewarding. There is not a typical day at work; every day brings its unique challenges which is why I love the transportation industry. Since every day is different, you can learn something new every single day. The company is family owned, and you can tell the owners care about every employee. The hardest part of the job, like any other job, is finding balance on a daily basis in order to accomplish the task in a prioritized fashion.

There is great opportunity for growth at Benore. Executive Leadership is honest and fair and are always looking for feedback from their workforce. They value their employees and are very understanding when it comes to work and life balance. My work at Benore is always rewarding and rarely overlooked.
