Pros

You work 12 hour shifts on A shift 5am to 5pm or B shift 5pm to 5am five days one week and 2 days the next. The job wears on you on the 3rd day, but the co-workers are descent.

Cons

Not the best insurance, but at least no penalty at income tax time

It's local. That's the only thing to say about them.

Cons

No communication, everything they tell you is a lie, call you last minute for dispatch, give your loads away to new guys, turn over is extraordinary, health insurance is EXPENSIVE, no one follows their rules, give you a run-then take it away in 3 weeks. I can go on and on. Save yourself a headache. Seniority means nothing and neither do you. It's PATHETIC that a 12 yr veteran would have to FIGHT to make $13k in 7 months!
