Pros

The CEO seems to care about taking care of his people, but the rest of the departments in Greer seem to do things behind his back, but then make everything seem rosy to his face.

Cons

The HR department is absolutely ATROCIOUS! They provide vague disciplinary write-ups and have absolutely no consistency. Another department that tries to put rose colored glasses on for the owner. They will advise you how to do one thing, then turn around and write you up for doing what they exactly told you to do. They are the sole reason many people will leave. The safety department is not much better. Both of these departments feel like they are untouchable and are always right. Stay away from this company solely for these two departments.
