The pay is halfway decent and the availability of overtime is wonderful. The fact that they pay time and a half after 40 is truly unique

Cons

The company has no respect for the drivers. The per hour rate is low. Management has no interest in addressing the issues of the drivers.

Good pay and equipment. Easy job. Dispatch are nice. They got a job to do and dealing drivers isn't easy.

Cons

Frequent schedule changes crush driver morale and cause's turnover. Feels like a kick in the teeth to me everytime it happens. It is my one major complaint. The insurance is high and as soon as you buy some of it bam! Schedule Change. Cut one of your days and suddenly you can't afford the insurance you just bought racks my nerves makes me worry. I am a loyal employee and will do anything they ask me to. This makes them seem not as loyal to me
