I didn't see any pros that I can mention here. I witnessed many cons that I will mention in the next section!

Cons

THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE WHY THE WORKPLACE HAS A TOXIC AMBIANCE, AND NO ONE WANTS TO STAY HERE FOR LONG. That's why there is a high employee turnover. The upper management likes to make things difficult for hardworking employees, and it trickled down from the top. BEWARE! Even managers followed that. It meant employees had to work stressful hours, tolerate a horrible work ambiance, and still say nothing. EMPLOYEES HAD NO VOICE. IT WAS AWFUL!

Benore Logistics System is an ideal environment for anyone looking for a family oriented and family ran company. Incompetence is not tolerated and employs are able to reap the benefits of a growing market when no one else seems to be hiring.

Cons

Very fast pace. Business has tripled in recent years and doesn't look to be slowing down. minimum effort will not do.
