Upper management Lies. Do not listen to employees that suggest cross training. They claim to promote and to train employees but majority of the time these are false promises. HR is a JOKE. Seem to have an ulterior motive for everything. Little to no communication. Never in the building for Employee support or help. Upper management takes credit for what others do as if they even know how to do the jobs. Honestly the worst place I have ever worked.
