      You have plenty of freedom to explore new ways to bring better or more results.

      Cons

      Weak processes to deliver your day-to-day activities. Many times it's a gift, but many others it's frustrating not having a process you can follow and which can help. You have to waste a lot of time to find who can help and understand how to solve an issue or have to bombard your manager with questions about how to solve the issue or who can help.
