The main con, at least for me, is the company's culture. It is: - Leadership and middle managers are short-sighted because of the head-count model that only rewards short-term results - Innovation is mainly made through acquisitions instead of internally - Even though leadership is talking of "empowerment", the reality is that decision-making is very political and controlled by very few people within the company.
