      Quotas are never released before mid-Q2 Comp plan changes every year Lots of busy work that has nothing to do with sales Management priorities change quarterly - sometimes monthly LOTS of nepotism

      There is flexibility in the nature of work and lots of employee centric programs introduced over the last couple of years,

      Cons

      Does not pay at par with market. Its been like that for a few years and they really need to review their compensation structure. This is at a global level and not specific to one region.
