      Pros

      - I genuinely feel colleague feedback & solutions are heard by not only their managers, but other leaders in the company. - Fast Paced work environment, with a lot of opportunity to learn and expand your role. - Flexible work hours - Good benefits (pension, health, education) - Great colleagues, all around the globe. - Plenty of internal learning opportunities, with diploma level courses readily available.

      Cons

      - Compensation/ Salary Benchmarking could be more competitive - Internal Systems and IT is outdated and can add extra hours in avoidable manual work. (this is being addressed, but is currently a con for me)

      Bentley Systems is a good company

      Pros

      Bentley Systems is an American company. It's a good company. It cares about the employees' personal development in general. It also provides lots of promotion opportunities.

      Cons

      Working in the China is a bit different due to the culture. The Chinese culture, the targeted customers, the industry all play in a role in how a company works. The communication is not direct in general in China. That also reflected in the communication across the company in China.
