      Friendly people who make the best of a generally laid-back environment.

      Cons

      Low pay, directors are older, been there a very long time and stuck in their ways. HR is incompetent and does not help with anything in anyway.

      PSA Tool is king - renders lots of PM methodologies system-based box-ticking rather than using experience and intuition. Heavily product-centric and revenue first approach rather than longer-term view of account management
