      Pros

      Bentley promotes a work-life balance with flexible work hours and a focus on family. Management has a hands off approach but is always available when needed. Compensation is competitive. Job stability provided throughout COVID. Internal growth encouraged and prioritized.

      Cons

      Compensation/Split structure doesn't seem suitable for all roles.

      I started with Bentley not so long ago and I was promoted fairly early in my career with them as they recognised I had the background and experience to move to the next level

      Cons

      None I can think of - I would like to spend time in the office but cannot due to Covid.
