I have worked for Bentley for a total of 18 years and have played many different roles, from technical operational to management positions. Also, while working for Bentley I had the chance to be face-to-face with different clients in different parts of the world. The company grows a lot during my time and I had the chance to work in great and challenging projects which helped me to build a different and realist yet powerful vision about our global infrastructure advancement. I am very proud of all the time I have worked for Bentley because I could learn and professionally grow while I worked there. You will have contact with state of art technology, people that will make you see things under a different point of view, a challenging work environment that will make you wake up early on a monday morning to work full of energy.

Cons

Just like any other big and global company, there are aspects of the company that are not very positive. But I understand that all negative experiences I have had while working for Bentley were related to have to deal with people who were not in the right position or not with the right set of responsibilities. I can testify that those people do not reflect the company culture nor the vision and values protected by Bentley.

Pros

They treat their employees well by putting plenty of trust in them and giving them every opportunity to succeed. The work is generally interesting and being able to see the fruits of your labor is rewarding.

Cons

Part of salary is based on OTI which can be confusing.
