      Pros

      I worked at Bentley Systems for 3 and half years. The work environment is very friendly and flexible and offer a good work/life balance. The company offers a lot of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are average.

      That's Just The Way It Is

      Pros

      There are some great managers and excellent colleagues here - but like every other place, there are also some very incompetent managers here.

      Cons

      The constant reorganization changes is fine - however, management is not totally clear with colleagues making it a difficult undertaking as many will pick up the slack and change rolls during this time. At this point the yearly reorganization and layoffs and total confusion has become pretty predictable.
