      Pros

      Great company culture. Extremely smart and talented colleagues. Mostly nice and pleasant people. Flexibility in working hours. Great technology stack. Work on great software that has great impact on the world infrastructure.

      Cons

      Lower-than-average salaries. Just like any big company, if you work for the wrong manager, you will have a bad time.
