      Relaxing work environment and good people to work with

      I wish they have better mentoring system. Salary isn't competitive.

      Nice company but upper management could use a turnover for fresh perspectives

      Pros

      Flexibility with schedule. Work with really great peers.

      Cons

      Upper management is too busy in the weeds to actually manage people. Upper management and execs tend to be more on the old school side of things. Burnout is rampant due to not having enough resources (head count) to complete the mounting piles of work. Management doesn't seem to have interest in advancing careers of employees.

      - Very good work culture. - They pay high in industry, when you work and prove that you are worth it. - Good work-life balance - Intelligent guys, you learn a lot - You become senior by your work, not number of years you spent in industry - Stable bussiness

      Cons

      - Sometimes mood swings from higher management costs little less fun at work.
