      Pros

      1. Relaxed work environment. 2. Great colleagues who don't mind helping you out. 3. Great leave policy. Atleast leaves mean that you are off work in actual terms. 4. Wide range of products/services under the company's umbrella so increased and diversified oppurtunities. 5. New employees are given time to get familiar with the requirements of the position and an oppurtunity to learn on the job.

      Cons

      1. Pathetic HR support. 2. Upper management at times relies too much on ad-hoc ism and decisions that aren't trickled down to connect to with employees who are at the bottom-mid level of the pyramid. 3. Compensation policy isn't a policy here. It's as good as if no policy exists. One might feel celebrating ones mediocrity because he/she isn't going to get paid extra for a job well done. Appraisals are a farce.

      1. Good work Environment 2. Good Team, supportive peoples and HR team. 3. Overall policies and benefits, infrastructure is good. 4. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Appraisal is not up-to the mark. No muck hike . No Promotional increment.
