Pros

Bentley's work environment is really great. I have always had great co-workers who have a "team spirit" where mentoring others is both received and provided with a willing spirit. Sharing of knowledge and experiences is a wonderful asset of the company. Working with Bentley has provided me with the opportunity of working with some wonderful users whom I have built relationships with outside of the company business. My experience with Bentley management had been great - had managers who mentor and don't micro-manage - allows me to do my job. My managers have allowed flexible work schedules when needed on a temporary basis and a great bonus is the ability to work virtually. Bentley is great about balancing work/personal time.

Cons

The only con I have experienced is that advancement and compensation/raises are not as easily obtained as they were in the earlier years at Bentley. Recognition of hard work performed is usually only recognized by one level of management.

1. Good Work life Balance. 2. Nice infrastructure both for work area and information technology. 3. Good Scope of growth those who has good relation with Higher ups. 3. Free food, car drop and pickup, company sponsored tour and travel. 4. No pressure to deliver if you have a mentor in US region.

Cons

1. No scope of growth if you are not a " yes Man" 2. Politics and Differential behavior of local office manager with other teams. 3. lot of recruits from B and C grade colleges. 4. Poor compensation.
