      Pros

      This is a very good company to work in. Colleagues on an average are very helpful and friendly. Bentley System promotes high ethics and transparency and works with the motivation of creating a better world with it's technologies. Bentley's leadership group comprises of visionaries and the organization is based on an ethical foundation. It has a competitive salary structure and there are colleagues who has been working here for a long time. For many who had left made their way back to Bentley.
