Rigid management, seems not to be so open about innovation Too much people in management positions who are not accountable

Pros

Bentley Systems treats you as an adult able to do your job without being micro-managed you are constantly learning new things and adding to your skill set, thus it is always interesting most employees are very dedicated to producing a quality product that meets the needs of their users, which is very gratifying to be a part of.

Cons

Everyone is always busy so sometimes communication is somewhat lacking between groups

Pros

Flexible work environment. Knowledgeable and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Low pay. Often times no raise. Claims of bonus but to get bonus, need to meet goals, which does not happen often. Terrible communication.

We currently have a variable pay plan that is meant to motivate our colleagues to collaborate and achieve their individual and team goals. This means colleagues have the ability to achieve more than 100% of their target when they overachieve. There is no cap to the amount that can be earned for overachievement, so colleagues who are motivated and high-performing are rewarded substantially for going above and beyond. As a proportion of a colleagues total cash, variable pay differs based on job function and level. New colleagues are automatically hired into the correct level of variable pay for their role, and future increases are distributed to both base and variable pay.
