I am able to work from home. I am working with greatest team that helps each other.

Cons

sometimes I work with other timezone which has 12 hours difference.

Pros

The company offers a wide range of very interesting products, it is exciting to be part of Bentley systems and contribute greatly to impact the industries we interact with. The environment is friendly and all colleagues are smart and helpful when it is required. Everyone in the team takes time to provide help and support which is always a plus for new recruits. The company is set up in a way to provide easy access to subject matter experts, and different levels of management when it is needed. This far the experience has been great and I do not regret my decision to join the company.

Cons

As for all companies, there is still the opportunity to improve things could be simplified which will help achieve overall business targets.
