      Good work culture, nice seniors and all are helpful and co-operative, job security

      Cons

      Will make you lazy as a fresher, managers will ask you to give presentations on topics which is very stupid and makes you feel like you are a college going student doing completions!!!

Presentations/ brown bag sessions are asked by your manager to improve the team's current presentation skills and I am sure all will benefit from the same.
