      I started with Bentley not so long ago and I was promoted fairly early in my career with them as they recognised I had the background and experience to move to the next level

      Cons

      None I can think of - I would like to spend time in the office but cannot due to Covid.

      Does not use Salesforce, negative ARR impacts compensation directly, stubborn and not open to change
